Call for Abstracts
We are now accepting abstracts for the Philippine Nursing World Congress 2025. This is a great opportunity to share your research, projects, and innovations.
Abstracts will be considered for oral or poster presentations. Submissions are invited in the following categories:
- Nursing Leadership
- Clinical Nursing Practice
- Nursing Education and Training
- Research in Nursing
- Global Health and Policy
- Technology in Nursing
The Organising Committee also welcomes abstracts that may not fall within the set themes outlined above. Only one theme can be selected during the abstract submission process. We strongly recommend to use the PNWC abstract template
Submission Guidelines:
- Abstracts must be submitted via email abstracts@philnursingworldcongress.com.
- Each abstract should be no longer than 300 words.
- Please ensure that the abstract is clear, concise, and relevant to the theme of the congress.
- All abstracts will be peer-reviewed, and authors will be notified of acceptance by 15 April 2025 or earlier. Final decisions on the type of presentation offered will rest with the Scientific Committee and their decision is final.
- Dedicated posters sessions will be offered. Presenters are asked to prepare an A0 sized poster (841mm width by 1189mm height) for display in the poster area of the exhibition for the duration of the Conference.
- Posters will be on display for the entire conference with each poster author allotted with a poster presentation time to stand next to their poster and present to delegates.
- Poster presenters are encouraged to bring Velcro hooks or pins with them to adhere their poster/s to the poster boards.
Condition of Acceptance
It is a condition of acceptance of the abstract that at least the presenting author must register to attend the Congress and present the paper either orally or participate within the dedicated poster sessions. Authors of accepted abstracts are required to submit their registration by the deadline of Tuesday, 15 April 2025. All presenting authors must attend at least the full day of their presentation. Submission of abstracts implies the author’s agreement to publish the abstract in all Congress publications including the website and that the required approvals have been undertaken to present the information. Presentations will not be filmed nor will delegate photography be available in sessions. An official photographer will be appointed. Acceptance of abstracts does not imply any payment. Authors must arrange and pay their own accommodation, travel and registration to attend the Conference. Acceptance or otherwise is at the discretion of the Technical Committee whose decision is final.
